At the Bodnant Estate, we have three lakes for you to enjoy coarse fishing, as well as being close to other lakes and river fishing venues.

There are several lakes on the estate, all stocked with healthy fish and a variety of species. Llyn Syberi is the largest lake, with several well-maintained pegs around the lake edge, including several that are wheelchair accessible. The lake is well-stocked with roach, perch, bream, tench as well as barbel and some carp.

Both of these rivers have abundant fish, including salmon and sea trout. In the 1990s, an artificial fish pass was built to improve the journey of migrating salmonids. Decades later, the fishing is much improved throughout the entirety of the river, including the portion to which the Bodnant Estate has fishing rights.
